@volteone You need to comment out "dlc_spGen7Assets:/%PLATFORM%/levels/gta5/props/lev_des/lev_des.rpf" both under "dataFiles" (make sure to comment out the entire "Item" tag of that RPF) and "contentChangeSets".
Alternatively, you can just delete the files inside "lev_des.rpf" (but not the archive)

@KrystalGraves You can install the files again with CodeWalker, or use the standalone OIV package installer.
For the DLC pack, you can just override the older one with the newest

@volteone Yes, it's the correct location. As for the crash, it's caused by something else

@User20192910291 I moved those files in the OIV packages so they're no longer required

@volteone I didn't because those files do not crash the game (or better yet, they seem to be a rare case, but I never figured out). Anyway, I plan on reconverting them and see if they still cause issues.
Did you install all the requirements? Maybe try without Map Updates
For Legacy, I use this one ( https://github.com/pnwparksfan/gameconfig ) and for Enhanced this one ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/expanded-enhanced-gameconfig-gta-5-enhanced )

@TJM08 OpenIV doesn't, but there's a new standalone tool (link is in the description) which can install OIV packages for both versions of the game

@Jack_Gta22 The spawn of the scenarios is handled by the game (sometimes they will spawn, sometimes they will not).
As for the loading screens, I don't plan on working on it
