I never was happy with trevor being cooped up in a trailer all his life, so I built him a small house. It is located west of Sandy Shores on the Southern bank of zancudo river. precise location is shown in the screenshots. Features include the house, carport, garage, outdoor bbq area, fruit and vegetable stand at the end of driveway, and more.
Installation: must first download and install Map editor and any requirements of it. Simply unzip Countrylife into your GtaV folder and load countrylife once in game.
For users with low end pc's, you may encounter lag using this file. its object count is around 700. When first loading game may seem frozen for about 15 seconds. It will load though.

You have work really hard on this. Its a shame how water leaks down the roof when it rains, but this is an engine's bug, not your fault.
If you (or Guadmaz) manage to have working doors, it will be perfect. Thumb Up!

Just found a way to make the door work properly. Mark it as Dynamic, they work fine!
I'll go back and look at the doors. Thanks for the input. I've put a lot of time in it and I am aware there are a few areas that could be better.
Sorry friend, it works at first, but when loading, they fall down to the void...

Seems too be using wrong assets such as fences for walls, if you could work on this for a few updates I'm sure it would turn out great. In it's current state though, it's not something I would use.
