I bought the fucking game, I should be allowed to drive it.
It's the same with that jair mission, single player can't run it.
Or, while I DO have the high life add-on, whatever it's name was (just returned to GTA5), I cannot buy the apartments in single player.

These were released already with the game

yeah uhmm.. these cars are already apart of the game.. get a good car spawner.. or you could use SPA and buy them and have them sent to your garage
