Back in the 2000s, if you wanted an eco-affordable car, your only option was the boring Karin Dilettante where driving it made you look like an idiot. Then Cheval takes the world by storm with the Surge, but with fancy parts like it's glass roof made it closer to a Coil in price then the Dilettante it was supposed to dethrone and unusable as a fleet and utility vehicle. So Cheval came with the Surge Arrester, a cheaper version with a metal roof, perfect for budget friendly customers and fleet use.

DESCRIPTION
This is a version of the Surge with the glass roof being replaced by a metal roof, several chrome parts being replaced with plastic, and the vehicle’s lights, including the DRLs are completely replaced with low-end looking lights. With all these changes, it is essentially the low-end version of the Surge.

Errrmm I agree to disagree. I've seen more complex mods and R* cars that have extras of body parts spawn as extras from spoilers to bumpers to hoods, convertibles etc. Yeah the geo may be complex but it's not impossible. I'm not telling you to do that by the way, just typing my thoughts out. I feel like I offended you. Sorry if you thought my comment was me telling you to do something to your mod if that's what you think.
@GTAV Noob Modder117 He didn't mean that adding tuning in general was not possible to achieve but there are some limitations like the roof parts. The metal and the glass roofs have different collision and material data which can cause conflicts and visual issues, so they wouldn't work properly together as tuning parts for the same vehicle model.
This is just a standalone public release of a basic civilian variant of a vehicle that was initially made as an asset with a different purpose and for a different project (like some of the other mods Fenton released previously). And it is just another traffic filler, tuning isn't a priority.
@GTAV Noob Modder117 I think your attitude is a little bit misdirected. Fenton is a veteran when it comes to modding, he knows what he's capable of. If he says something isn't possible, I don't think it should be up to you to decide that he is wrong. And, if you still aren't satisfied, you are welcomed to make it yourself :)
Guys seriously, I literally just post reviews pointing out bugs. And or the rare idea dropping. If you guys get the feeling of being attacked or insulted that's on you I guess because that's clearly not what I intend on doing. Yeah, I do download buggy mods and fix them myself, the ones that aren't "locked" by the way. If your implying I'm so low below you guys I'm not allowed to leave a comment.
