Will the addon ped reset to Michael if I die?

Is there any way to install atleast cars without changing any other files that changed the behavior of the game. People above already mentioned that this pack doesn't work with the latest update and so i have the same problem.

is this trainer would be a good alternative to Menyoo? I mean, the dev of Menyoo probably abandoned their mod and i'm not sure if this trainer can provide the same features as Menyoo or something more than previous trainer never had.

since the 2.3 doesn't have mod compatibility, can i still play this mod with IVP and WoV?
