SCSBasic is a realistic vehicle control mod for GTA V that adds professional-grade controls for headlights, turn signals, hazard lights, engine, and windows.
## What It Does
### Lighting System
- Headlights - Toggle on/off with a single key press (Permanently)
- High Beams - Activate/deactivate high beams independently
- Hazard Lights - Emergency flashers with synchronized blinking
- Turn Signals - Left and right indicators with native GTA V blinking system
### Vehicle Controls
- Engine Toggle - Start/stop the engine with realistic starter sound
- Window Control - Raise and lower front windows (driver and passenger)

## Default Controls

| H | Toggle headlights (It does not turn off automatically)
| SHIFT + J | Toggle hazard lights
| SHIFT + H | Toggle high beams
| Press and hold F to automatically close the door like vanilla
| Press (Tap) the F key to keep the door open when exiting the vehicle
| Q | Left turn signal
| E | Right turn signal
| SHIFT + T | Engine on/off
| SHIFT + Y | Windows up/down
| SHIFT + I | Information menu and individual ON/OFF
## Requirements
- Grand Theft Auto V (updated)
- ScriptHookV
- ScriptHookVDotNet3
## Installation
1. Install ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet3
2. Place `SCSBasic.dll` and `SCSBasic.ini` in `Grand Theft Auto V/scripts/`
3. Launch the game - you'll see "SCSBasic loaded!" message
## Customization
All controls can be customized by editing `SCSBasic.ini`:
- Change any key binding
- Enable/disable SHIFT modifier for specific functions
- Use keyboard, NumPad, or function keys
## Changelog (2.0)
- Improved high beam activation.
- Redesigned menu with independent activation/deactivation.
- Removed, press and hold for 2 seconds (hazard lights)
- Now: SHIFT + J Toggle hazard lights
## Important Note
**This mod uses GTA V's native turn signal system**, which provides perfect, synchronized blinking that matches real vehicle behavior. The timing is controlled by the game engine itself, ensuring consistent and realistic performance.
