Fix the fov and ill vote it 10/10
How do you activate it in game? Is it supposed to activate itself whenever you aim, or is there a command? I'm playing with a controller btw, hope that isn't screwing anything.
This looks like something that VR could benefit from. I've always thought of having shooting like this in first person shooters. Your head is not tied to the direction of the gun. It would require having an 3rd analog stick on the controller. with VR headsets. Your head functions as the camera control. But the thing is that when you rotate your head, your body doesnt rotate either. Alot of thought and design will be required for VR first person shooters.
I can mod the FOV ?
Hey man, great mod, loved it!
Could you please use your programming talents to make a mod that modifies the FOV? cuz every single FOV editor out there is outdated and thus doesn't work.
Thanks in advance.
Keep up the good work!
@jedijosh920 hi, it didn't work. Currently running FOV, realistic cop chases and tornado mode. Everything else uptodate. Any ideas?
esse mod fuciona nas verções atuais do GTA V??
@KL13NT I'm using this (https://gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-v-fov-v1-11) and it's working pretty good.
The terrible aiming system of ARMA, now on GTA!
This actually looks good, not in ARMA
Try holding left click on a launcher or railgun while no reload turned on.
Same thing happens with the double barrel shotgun.
GTA V Wii Edition
It sometimes aims roughly (more left, right, up or down), can it be fixed? (Translated with help of Google Translator.)
don't work
good but fov is broken
somebody make this work with a wiimote and nunchucks
where do i put this if im using openiv someone pls help
@ajuhlir This is a script, not an editable package. You must Install ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet, then put those in your game directory. Then you will have to create a folder (Ctrl + Shift + N) and name it scripts. Then put FirstPersonFreeAim.dll in your scripts folder and start the game.
It is so close to what I need. You enable it by holding aim, then scrolling up. Once you do this, your screen is locked in the direction you were pointing when you scrolled up. You can then point and shoot with your arms. The main issue I have with it is that the scroll button is already being used for changing weapons, and when I enable this aiming mode, the ironsights on the gun almost never align. I'm actually using a wii remote with it right now, and it moves really smoothly. It's a real shame that I can't turn my view in different directions. I'm going to try to change the activation button to something else if I can.
@jedijosh920 Any chances this one becoming open-source? :)
