Installation:
SP: Open OpenIV and enable Edit mode. Drag and drop the files into the mpclothes DLC pack. Done.
Get mpclothes here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/mpclothes-addon-clothing-slots
FiveM: Open Durty Cloth Tool and create a new project/use your existing one. Then put the files onto any folder. Then import files from that folder onto the tool.
