Hi,
A nice house just in front of water only accessible by the air or offroad with a big main room (with a full kitchen, living room, ....), a Bedroom with a Labo, a big bathroom.
You just need to install the map editor and the file in your GTAV main folder to install this map.
If you don't have all objects/cars spawned you need to install gta mp-unlock-all-objects.asi for objects or https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/mplowrider2-in-sp to unlock all cars.
I hope you'll enjoy it.
