@Flava0ne no you can upgrade and customize however you like and nothing negative will happen. itll only get better

Yes I'm placing it in the right folder, but GTA V pops up an update that reverts the file back to default. I'm playing the legit version, not pirated.

Ok nevermind, it's working now. I'm so used to rebuilding each time I finish editing. It seems rebuilding is causing it to revert back to the default files. Works great, nice job!

@Ellexa if you go online with modified update.rpf you will get ban so don't try

@Aaronlelit 1. Install OpenIV
2. Run OpenIV
3. Navigate to GTAV/x64w.rpf(last one)/dlcpacks/mpbusiness2/dlc.rpf/common/data
4. Export the handling.meta (as a backup~)
5. Replace with my file It so hard i cant do it that all );

way too fast.. not good and u cant even hold it.. so people here who want this MOD u guys better make a BackUp before using this :D
