also included are metas if you use the vehicle in a police slot.

**install instructions**
to enable lights on a non emergency vehicle
Edit the Carvs for ilights change siren setting to 1 or 13
use OPEN IV in edit mode and install in latest patchday
or mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
you can also rename the files and use this vehicle in the RIOT slot; however you will need to edit the vehicles.meta for RIOT to include TOW TAGS and list of trailers the vehicle can tow.
Hauler is not a emergency vehicle slot so you will have to edit your vehicles.meta add flags
add to vehicles meta for hauler
police
ensure you have the following flags >> FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_HAS_LIVERY
FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_HAS_BULLET_RESISTANT_GLASS FLAG_BIG FLAG_CAN_HONK_WHEN_FLEEING FLAG_AVOID_TURNS FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG FLAG_USE_FAT_INTERIOR_LIGHT FLAG_IS_BULKY FLAG_BLOCK_FROM_ATTRACTOR_SCENARIO FLAG_ATTACH_TRAILER_ON_HIGHWAY FLAG_USE_STRICTER_EXIT_COLLISION_TESTS FLAG_DONT_HOLD_LOW_GEARS_WHEN_ENGINE_UNDER_LOAD
also ensure all trailer you want to haul are listed there including trailerlarge
tested this vehicle in riot slot, if you choose to use it in another vehicle slot, add appropriate hauler flags and trailer flags so the new vehicle can haul a trailer.
