the bottom of the car has somekind of tubes that every time scratches, can you erase them or somthing plase?

Guys!!! Does any of you have the issue where the cars can go only in reverse?? Can't turn, can't accelerate... It happens with one more add-on car from a total of 26 add-on cars that I have. Sometimes when I drive backward and the car goes over a bump or something like that it starts turning and accelerate but then stops again on flat surface. It's very strange...
