If you want force menyoo to add attachments to spooner files just go into the xml and find <SpoonerAttachments SetAttachmentsPersistentAndAddToSpoonerDatabase="false">, then set it to "true"

If there is a big plane, set the "AddAttachmentsToSpoonerDB" to "ForceOn".

Moreover instead of Aircraft Carrier it Spawns Blimp and then game crashes in error as you see
