Here for the whole community is a 2015 Chevy Caprice PPV with the highriser lightbar. This was my idea to make a Caprice with the Highriser lightbar since I though it would be cool to have ingame since it is the first model with a highriser bar for GTA V. Also it has a full interior with a correct caprice console full of equipment, a laptop, stalker dx display etc. Since this is a highway unit there are three ALPRs on the back along with a front Stalker DX system. You are free to use this in a video, but it would be greatly appreciated if you take a few moments of your time to acknowledge my work in your video or in the description.
=============== Installation ===============
To install the vehicle all you have to do is navigate to the latest patch day
you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.
For me it would be:
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday14ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
To install the ELS VCF file, navigate to:
\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and drag and drop it there
To install the vehicle.meta file, navigate to:

I can go through and have all your mods removed for converting stuff without perms, bud. I might too. We'll see. Any future shit you release will be looked at and made sure you've had perms for everything you used.

@DevinKan Great mod man but I have several questions. One is if the highriser on this vehicle can be lowered or raised or if it's just continously up in the air and whichever one it is ( whether the highriser can be lowered/raised or is always raised) does it apply to real life police vehicles with highrisers installed on them? My other question is does the vehicle have a license plate? If not could you add one?
@Number1GojiFan both a plate and a working up/down highriser will be updated onto this mod once my current large project is released in a few weeks. For now, you can add a license plate onto the skin.
and yes most real life highrisers turn them up and down.

ARE YOU EVER GOING TO UPDATE THE VEHICLE? Don't get me wrong this is an amazing start but it still needs some works.
start with working high riser ability to put them down when not in use
adding a cage.
