Better handling for BMW M3 GTR 1.0

Some improvements to the stock handling;
- Increased mass (Signs and poles won't slow you down)
- Top speed 160-170 Mph
- Low wheel spin launches
- Faster acceleration
- Low cosmetic damage
You can also smash cars out your way too; the faster you go, the less speed you lose.
Instructions on how to install are located in the read me.
