An actual new vehicle! Although the mod itself is quite old so does have a few minor issues.
I doubt I will be fixing anything so no point in complaining.

1. Create a new folder called s331saleen in dlcpacks.
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2. Drop dlc.rpf from s331saleen file inside.
3. Edit dlclist (mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>) and add this line-
dlcpacks:/s331saleen/
4. Export dlclist back into game and enjoy
