@mootje500600 after i figured out the car is working also siren is working, if you want to put it as a replacement you have to replace everything like all ytd files and meta files specially "carcols.meta" because siren is working in that file and make sure you put the right number in "carvariations.meta" scroll down you will find "<sirenSettings value="50001" />" make sure that number matches the number in "carcols.meta" which is "<id value="50001"/>" that's an example to understand my point in replacing any police vehicles

@Delta2k5 well due to my time i can't make many liveries however i really want to but 8k feature will make, speaking of plate i can make i will make it dynamic for police license
