Refuel increase key is konflicting with phone key (up-arrow) can you make all key changeable?

the mechanic is on god mode XD, when i;m refuse to pay, she starting shoot me, when i'm go far away, she still there and shoot me again.
I played as MP Male but the hash is using franklin using Character Swap, hacking is succesfully but look like the money didn't add to the char money
