am trying to build a vehicle delivery mission but my vehicle doesn't show up they despawn if i test or play it anny idea why or whate am doing wrong ?

@lucasvinbr i did a research and its hase nothing to do with with my settings but with my map editor i think cause if am loading a map they wil start spawning again is there a conflict with those mods ?

@lucasvinbr settings like how they behave

help after i change my settings or i do a mission those gangs stopped spawning
