pretty cool that you still keeping this mod alive considering it was abandoned for so long. Does this version stop the annoying drivebys? Was always one of the most annoying parts of LS life. Especially when the gangs that came after you were always huge crews of random mature women
any screenshots / videos previews outside of an AI generate image? Just based on the description, is there any benefit to storing cash inside these properties? (does money grow?) Certainly sounds like an interesting mod idea!

good but would also be better if once you're in a car as a passenger, you can "take control" of the car and drive it as the NPC
