where can I find the old Ford dually in the collage picture?

when I download it, I don't see any oiv files, just a icon picture, assembyl.xml, and a folder labeled content which contains 2 folders, one labeled gc and another one labeled dw_sa_packs

General Lee wheels not working completely right on add on even after I added textures to both places the readme said to

tuning parts not working or even showing up, I can't tune it at all

I installed the stallion replace, I followed the instructions on the readme, but when i spawn it in the game using the simple trainer the wheels are all black and like not complete, and the car is green with brown spots all over and at certain angles there is like a newspaper on the windshield, it drives fine, but it looks kinda weird

how do I install the General Lee wheels? and how do I find them and install them on the car in game?

do you plan on making a replace version of this? you should make it replace the Exemplar since it is based on this car
