LMFAO, the author didn't even post the locations of where we were supposed to put the files. Nonetheless, great mod. You might need a PR agent however.
@mlgthatsme my garages spit out certain vehicles. When I return it to my garage via the menu, and then walk into my garage, the error message is then spammed, which forces my GTA to crash. Please update friend!
Nevermind found the solution! Seems like one of the modkits from your pack had the same ID as one of my addon car's modkits, so I just switched my addon modkit to a different ID via its carcols and carvariations. Great mod! Miss GTA IV!
Great mod, just one little bug, which isn't even a big deal, and I am sure it is fixable. My Build a Mission menu is too far up the screen and is cut off. I can still navigate it easily, I'm just being OCD about it.

@theNGclan is there a way to install this without replacing the gameconfig.xml? I use one right now for IVPack so the game won't crash.
