Is there a way you enable wanted levels again? Tried looking at every .ini file and couldn't find anything.
Died in a car accident by driving off a cliff and blew up.

@TheGamerKidd If you know how to pirate, then you should know that pirated games cannot run servers unless it supports cracked servers.

@fouzberzerk Yet, all you do is grab mods and put it in a folder and call it a mod pack. Why even upload when people can do it themselves?
@fogtint There's an option to not rate at all. Rating is for criticism, not for complaining.
Whenever I go to the microsoft link for the Visual C++. It never downloads, it just stays there and even after 30 seconds, I retry to download it and no luck. Anyone have a mirror?
