I found a solution to low poly building, this is what I did.
1. Uninstall Enable All Interiors
2. Install Open All Interiors
3. In OpenInteriors.ini I changed loadMultiplayerMap=1 to loadMultiplayerMap=0
4. I checked the place and it wasn't low poly now!

@ugopug I don't really know. I just wanted to say that to tell people that MAFINS is working on the update :)
If you will look into MAFINS github you can see he updated some "master" version and it has a thing related to enabling mp cars to sp.

Ay MAFINS, dlc vehicles are now disappearing. Could you fix that?
