please someone remake this mod, i feel like this mod and the war on terror overhaul for the "gang and turf mod" is genuinely peak when put together, i remember in 2020-2021 I would absolutely tear shit up in the middle of a zoom call.

when i load in game, i am told that my peds cant be found in ped.rpf, but i have my ped files in open iv and documented in the addon peds editor. How do i fix this issue?

an issue for me that has recently started is that the black hole crashes my game. It didn't do this before, but im pretty sure it only happens if there are multiple explosions in the area.

the installation instructions were confusing, as the file only had OIVs and no XMLs

anyone know of a mod that can upgrade how fast i am allowed to fire with a pistol?
