Can the police NPC's use these models, too?

This is a beautiful mod, but after reading and re reading the readme, i cant seem to get it to work. My game just crashes while booting up. Maybe the mod needs to be updated?

It's nice to see me in Los Santos, and without fatty Roman.

I must ask, i tried to uninstall this mod and whenever i get four stars, the game spams a whole army of Noose and nothing else, no cops even show up. Is there any way to stop this?

Wow... wish they had girls like that here in Liberty City.
