Fixed it by taking "ch2_instance_placement.rpf" from x64o and replacing the file with the same name found in in the mpappartment folder found in dlc_patch in update.rpf

@BigShaqNOKetchup New update has vegetation clipping through the ground in front of the garage, doesn't seem to be fixed by using the "ReplaceFiles" :/

For those that are using RDE or similar mods, go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/rde/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_hills/cityhills_02/cityhills_02_metadata.rpf and add the "replacefiles" in there, they're overwriting the files from the vanilla game with these

Thanks for the AZERTY setting man, it was really annoying to switch to QWERTY whenever I launched the game xD

@dimedius I believe it was vanillaworks (any of it's derivatives cause the bug in questions, so dispatchworks etc)

@BC9205 Nah it was like flat textures being applied instead of the lightbar glowing red and blue... turns out I had a conflicting mod I forgot I had installed :/
