@shreyaskumar@BlixTM@PairsOfAces@GTyler5, hi there and greetings to everyone else! It's disheartening to learn that many, if not all, are encountering issues with this mod.
From what I gather, the root of the problem often lies with the WMPLib.dll, responsible for playing sounds and voices. In numerous cases, it seems that the troubles are directly linked to this library. Admittedly, it was a significant oversight on my part to utilize this DLL, as its malfunctioning leads to script execution failures. Even for those where the sounds do play, the inability to control volume adds another layer of complexity. While I attempted to incorporate volume control functionality, it ended up affecting the game's volume rather than the mod's sounds.
I've been contemplating a complete overhaul of all my scripts, moving away from the troublesome WMPLib.dll and opting instead for the more robust and versatile NAudio.dll. However, I can't provide a precise timeline for the re-release of the mod, given my limited availability. Nonetheless, I anticipate that certain features of the mod will be either streamlined or simplified in the upcoming version. A thorough review of the entire functionality is on the agenda. Additionally, I can't guarantee that I'll have the capacity to reissue this mod, but it's certainly under consideration.

CHANGELOG
v1.02
- (Destination Checker script) Added an alternate way to check if the player is in the position to start the mission. This check should fix the problem for some players who are unable to receive further instructions from the advisor.
- (WMPLib) Added "Try Catch" to prevent crashes. WMPLib is too unstable for some computers, so if a custom sound file couldn't be played it will be skipped.
- (Audio) Reduced the volume of all audio files by 6dB.
- (INI file) Added an option to disable Advisor's voice.
- (INI file) Added an option to disable the "Incoming message received" voice line.

@Paperclip @llamaxus @Nathe27 @Thoïrim, make sure you have the latest ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll, ScriptHookVDotNet2.xml in your GTA5 main folder.
Download these files from here: https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases/download/v3.1.0/ScriptHookVDotNet.zip
@Nathe27, it looks like you are using an older version. To make sure of this, open the MG_Liquidator.ini file.
Check the following line:
[VERSION]
CurrentVersion=v1.02
Also, please check the location:
Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\MG_Liquidator.dll <--- Correct
Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\HW_LIQUIDATOR2021 <--- Correct
Grand Theft Auto V\script\MG_Liquidator.dll <--- Wrong
Grand Theft Auto V\script\HW_LIQUIDATOR2021 <--- Wrong
All should be in the folder "scripts", not "script".
This is my mistake and I'm sorry. I was in a hurry.
