Is popcycle/popgroups required? I have skipped it because of other mod using it (IVPack and its traffic) Now zero police spawns for me :(
Or could you specify what edits are done so i can merge both?
Combining it with DriveV makes cars behave like in slow motion. People complaining about IV handling would flatline after 5 seconds.
Is ENB broken o 3258?
