@wgdd Its probably some sort of handling mod you have installed because I used to have that problem and I found out it was the handling mod, because 5 stars in this mod spawns the APC and in the handling mod the APC causes game to crash when spawned.

@SnakeVenom33939 Thanks bro I really appreciate that. I did a ton of studying last night with mods and found out that vanillaworks extended scenarios pack was causing the problem. I didn't know RDE was to blame so i really do appreciate your comment. All thats left now is to wait for the update lol

@gentlejoey123458 Did you delete the car or the mod? If you deleted the car can you give me a bit of a rundown on how to do that please? I really want to play the game

@Manuel138 That must be the problem, because RDE needs to be installed first and if not it deletes all old mod files. So that means the IV Pack needs to be fixed, because usually i install WoV last to overwrite the IV Pack glitchy files but since its installed already it doesnt work. Thanks for the comment, i guess all i can do is wait for an IV Pack update

Actually scratch my previous comment. The new version came out and it allows my game to launch now, however it crashes at the airport and around downtown vinewood as well as decreasing my FPS from 60 to around 40. I believe the crashing is due to a conflict with either Vanillaworks or IV Pack as I installed the mods in an incorrect order. I think I'm supposed to install this mod first, then IV Pack, then Vanilla works and end with World of variety. Not sure though.

Looks like a good mod but it gives me a fatal error in my openIV when installing. Any ideas what this could be?
