Fixed version of ashishcw Car Mechanic mod.

Full Credit goes to ashishcw, I just updated to ScriptHookDotNetV3 and fixed an issue with self repair while outside the car.
Installation:
Just put all files in the scripts folder.
1.4:
Fixed issue with self repairing while not in the car.
Mechanic will not fix stolen vehicles can be changed in the ini file).
Updated to ScriptHookDotNetV3.

Yes you can always try to fix your car alone, but if it is too damaged only a mechanic can fix it.
Amazing!
However there seems to be an incompatibility with the iFruitAddon2 mod, so this mod wont work as long as i have iFruitAddon2 :(

@t1a2l Hey man, can the vehicle only be fixed by a mechanic or is there a way to set it so the player can do it?
@Nwah - the player can try fix the vehicle using the key you choose in the ini file, if it is too hard you will need to call a mechanic
@t1a2l A very promising mod! I do have a couple of issues though. Firstly fire bursts randomly even when I am not in a vehicle (I have already disabled AutoCarBreakDown and AutoEngineOverheat). Secondly notifications about calling the mechanic appear very often even when my car doesn't need repair. Is it something I have to do in the settings to fix that or it is mod's "glitches" ? Thanks!
@t1a2l Great mod although I agree with @gorgonut the fire is really annoying and I had to uninstall the mod, if the fire glitch could be resolved then I could play gta real life with it. Thanks!
@CrazyPansos I've set these setting in the ini to false and I don't have those problems any more (of course no engine fire at all as well):
AutoCarBreakDown = false
AutoEngineOverheat = false
FireTruckService = false
AutoFlatTyre = false

I can't call mechanic it says that this contact isnt avaible anymore.
Infinite Self repair bug, each time its reapared but it stars over and over again, Whe i call a mechanic its the same... it repeats the script over and over again.

infinitive self repair which is a neverending story. but i can't even call the mechanic since this contact is not longer available.
