Tienes que remplazar el archivo pier_announce_female.awc
i tambien pier_announce_male.awc

Grand Theft Auto V/mods/x64/audio/sfx/ONESHOT_AMBIENCE.RPF
You have to replace the pier_announce_female.awc file
