I'll be honest I love the sounds as it reminds me of summer time! :)
I've tested this around Michael's house in Rockford Hills and works perfect.
I'm not sure but I think whatever Lawnmower sounds exist in game are now silent... Just think of it that everyone has run out of gas ;) Enjoy :)
Installation:
Start OpenIV
Edit Mode
Place all files into
x64/audio/sfx/STREAMED_AMBIENCE.rpf

I don't get this. So if I see some dude mowing the lawn, I will hear only silence?!? O_o
@eshenk No, it's supposed to silence this constant ambient lawn mower sounds in Rockford Hills during day time. No one is actually mowing. It's just ambience sound.

I like these sounds as always reminds me of summer time here, as there's always a lawnmower going every 5 seconds!!! XD Maybe I could do a mod to change the sounds to someone having a BBQ lol.
