Synopsis:
When the player presses F7 to open Menu, to change the license plate both to modify the content of the license plate.
To add a new language, simply modify the text in the modifier.ini file.
To modify the keys, simply modify the MENU = F7 in the modifier.ini file.
Requirements:

- Script Hook V Dot Net
- NativeUI
Installation:
- Simply place the files in the GTA V root directory. If the scripts folder does not exist, please create it.
