CHANGELOG:
v1.5 Script-ONLY update!
- This release primarily adds support for Gidoxy's popular Rooftop Apartment at the Eclipse Tower. For this to work, install his 'rooftop' dlc only! (Not the garage or spooner XML file). Also, if you had it installed, REMOVE my old Rooftop Apartment script (all integrated** into Eclipse Complex script now).
** Gidoxy's Rooftop apartment is supported 'as is' (v 1.4). We have a somewhat reworked version of his build in testing, which smoothly fits atop the Eclipse Tower, and has a functional Eclipse-style elevator too. We may, at some point, reach out to Gidoxy, to see whether he'd be interested in our edited version.
- We made our script more robust against subsequent nightly builds of SHVDN (tested up to .117 nightly).
- Added option to disable Apartment Start Times.
v1.01 Script-ONLY update!
- Fixed a bug where our reception staff would vanish when entering the front lobby, coming from the garage, via the elevator.
- Fixed a spurious bike-position bug, where a bike (weighing considerably less than a car) could have too much initial velocity to escape the E for deletion prompt.
ATTRIBUTIONS
This has been an equal collaborative effort between Raymax3D and me, meimeiriver.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Fully renovated Eclipse Tower, with fancy new lobby.
- New, luxurious, drive-in garage system, with room for 12 persistent cars at each of the 5 levels (for a total of 60 cars); along with an on-the-fly preview system.
- Garage comes with opulent business lounge area where you can relax and watch TV or listen to the radio, also sporting a drinks trolley, small office, including amenities like a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen.
- New elevator system throughout the entire complex, with fancy new elevators that nicely bring you to the apartment or garage of your choice. Elevators run up- and down from both inside the garage, as well as from the main entrance lobby.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Eclipse Complex is a revamped version of the famous Rockford Hills tower, consisting, at its heart, of the renovated Eclipse Towers building, a new 12-car garage complete with business area, that has 5 instance levels for parking a total of 60 cars. Upon arrival, the first thing to catch your eye will no doubt be the brand-new, shiny Eclipse Towers lobby. Wide, majestic, and inviting, it lures you in for a classy stay in Rockford Hills, with an unbeatable view. Immediately adjacent to the lobby, btw, are the high-level garages. The lobby, with its stylish marble floor, has a luxury lounging area, and a reception desk across the hall, where you will see our friendly staff.
In the middle of the lobby, with its cascading water art, are the elevators. The one on your right is the one you want. (The one on the left is reserved for future apartments/penthouses) The fancy new elevator will bring you to the newly redecorated apartments, all with their own Home Assistent control panel, for tweaking your home experience (for entrance time, balcony presence, and, of course, house theme), and (optional) redone artwork. We also added 2 newly overhauled apartments: Apt. 40 and Apt 31. The latter is an elegant, bungalow-style abode for residents who prefer a home without stairs. The former is a luxurious 2-story penthouse, with beautifully redone carpeting, exquisite art, and a wide city view.
GARAGE USAGE
You can enter the garage through its main gate, at street level, or from the inside of the main entrance lobby. When you approach the actual garage door, to the right, in the back of the tunnel, you will be asked whether you want to enter the garage. If you confirm the action, the door will open after the cars have been loaded for your selected instance (and will stay locked otherwise). The same goes for entering the garage from the main entrance lobby.
When you drive your car in, for the first time, you will be welcomed via the car parking sytem, which will also explain that your vehicles will be auto-parked. As per usual, your newly added car will be parked in the nearest free slot from where you left your car (except when it was updated: then it will retain its former position). Each garage instance supports 12 free positions, 2 of which (nearest to the entrance door) are reserved for bikes, though -- motorized or not.
Our garage sytem also comes with an instance-preview system, available at the mechanic, to help you remember where you parked each vehicle. :) All garage instances are reachable from every apartment (and main lobby) -- all through the elevator menu. Inside the elevator, the current apartment/level is always greyed out.

@nasr47 yea, version 1.4 of Gidoxy's rooftop is what you need
alright...thanks
@meimeiriver hi there! It seems that this mod might have reached the limits of my pc. My game is on endless boot when I try to load your mod. I have a couple of car mods that are above the 100mb size and they work just fine, but sadly this just won't load.
you should add a note to say that v1.5 inst the actual mod. Just sayin
great mod
@nasr47 The latest version of his mod, 1.5, actually adds support for both the Eclipse and Tinsel Tower (although the exterior of the Tinsel tower appeared invisible to me). Anyway, to keep things simple, we justed listed his 'classic' 1.4 build as the one needed, as that one deals with Eclipse exclusiely.
@egorchek_buriev "when you turn on MP Maps gta 5 crashes, what should I do?"
You should get a good gameconfig. We recommend you use one of these https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
(Personally, I picked one for low traffic and max mlo's, but general modding and game optimizations fall a bit out of the scope of this mod, though).
@meimeiriver compatible with property manager?
@meimeiriver understood. Thanks
@meimeiriver Hello, is it possible to increase the number of garages and the names of customizable garages in the next update? Thank you :)
@meimeiriver BTW, could you please make a version that doesn’t require turning on the MP map? Thanks :)
@eddie0704 'BTW, could you please make a version that doesn’t require turning on the MP map?'
Sadly, that's not possible. The old Eclipse Tower looks horrific (up-close). Its old lobby lobby looks like the inside of a slaughterhouse, where you expect meat to hang from the ceiling. It's only the version that came with mpapartment that's even ready to be made usuable.
@HeisenburgREAL isn't it kinda obvious though..? its like 30kb vs 600mb downloads lmao
This works great, however there is a small issue I have encountered. When I try to load a save in-game, the game will exit without any error during the loading process.

This is the OpenIV.log right before the crashing. If I remove the dlc, I can load the save again. Would you mind to look into it once, many thanks in advance!
The mod is great, I hope if possible, this does not require mpmap because many of modders like us have other maps which is a pain to tradeoff. In the alternative, I hope we can have this lobby compatible (maybe add a 2/F?)
I know I am missing something easy, but how do you disable the hours???
Where exactly in rocksford hills located this complex?
@meimeiriver I couldn't get it to work. It would be great if you could share an installation diagram with full versions of all the required files. =/
@Zangamesu "I know I am missing something easy, but how do you disable the hours???"
You cycle thru the hours, until past 23, where it says 'Off'.
@meimeiriver yo can I message you on something else I have questions about something
