Use a game's version 1.40 or more.
1. Open "OpenIV"
2. Locacte To update/x64/dlcpacks/mpgunrunning/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
(if you have a "Mods" Folder) Mods> update/x64/dlcpacks/mpgunrunning/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
3. Enable "Edit Mode" And Drag The Files Into "OpenIV".
4. Load The Game And Enjoy. :)
5. Use a your favorite gta5's trainer for spawn the weapon "Carbine Rifle Mk2"
