ok so i found out the tuning problem guys. 9 times out of 10 is that the modkit id is the same as another vehicle. i changed the modkit id from 198 to 190 and everything is working just fine now

@harithd sadly in both of the files there is no sign of any thing for the tempesta

@bassmake the two files are located in tempestas/dlc.rpf/data. open them up and change the '998' in '998_tempestas_modkit' to a different number. try a number between 500 to 1000 and hopefully it doesn't conflict with other mods. if there is, just change the number again.
