@ElFlechas u might allowed to buy one if u passed "political review" or "political check" and if u are the president of china u can have one, and they only sell custom version based on to different wheel base, long one and short one. the cheapest is 5,000,000 chinese yuan, about 840,000 us dollar and there no upper limit. u can have all kinds of modification like bullet proof etc. its runs by a made in china V12 8.0 engine. by the way this mod is long wheel base version
