OpenIV
Gameconfig for 300 plus cars

Open OpenIV and got to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/458spider/dlc.rpf/data/ .
Enable edit mode
Right click and click add and put handling.meta in the folder.
Open GTAV and use a spawner to spawn the car.
