run open iv and copy this folder "f248" inside "gtaV/update/x64/dlcpacks".
and then use openiv again. go to update/update.rpf/common/data.
find "dlclist.xml"
drag "dlclist.xml" tp youre desktop. open with notepad.. and paste this,,<Item>dlcpacks:\f248\</Item>
save and drag again to update/update.rpf/common/data
done,, use simple training to spawning car f248

@Wolves Hero maybe you didn't install it correctly, i will download it, when i install a car mod it always work no problems, always carefully install it step by step

it definietly works, when your in edit mode instead of extracting document on desktop right click on the documents and copy what it tells you to add and save. i have done that way on all my car mods and have no issues spawning them via trainer :)

Nicely done. The wheels don't seem to be centred on the axle properly though and they spin off-center when driving.
