The General Dynamics F-16XL is a derivative of the F-16 Fighting Falcon, with a cranked-arrow delta wing. It was originally conceived as a technology demonstrator, later entered in the United States Air Force's (USAF) Enhanced Tactical Fighter (ETF) competition but lost to the F-15E Strike Eagle. Several years after the prototypes were shelved, they were turned over to NASA for additional aeronautical research.
For those people who have Add on problem. game crashes or add on vehicles simply don't spawn get this file from the following link this should solve the problem :

Purpose of its design was to be able to carry a Massive Load! and also Massive fuel. but F-15 Eagle proved much favored.
in Game: GTA 5
One of my favorite derivative of orignial F-16 A Fighting falcon. i have always been facinated with its varients. so here i made the XL version!. i tried to keep it as realistic as possible. but hay i am new. let me know if there are short commings.
Features( current) V1.1
LODS
Near perfect collisions
realistic cockpit
working dials
burn textures
sirens
headlights
custom weapons
custom handling
doors/landing gear animations
Shattering breakable glass
Sniper POD
GBU-31
GBU-12
JDAMs
LGB
AGM-158
aim 9
fixed texrue bug
it carries so many weapons (payload)! that's why its a bit slow and feels heavy while flying. custom handling ;)
Future updates : in ver 1.2
Model with less weapons load
and ofcourse Faster speed and thrust
add on & replace both are inside the rar file. please follow readme provided for easy installation.

[dlclist.xml part]
1. Extract "dlclist.xml" with openIV from -----> \update\update.rpf\common\data
2. Add new line "<Item>dlcpacks:\f16xl\</Item>" to dlclist.xml
3. Save, and replace the old one at ------> \update\update.rpf\common\data
[Models and Textures part, Easy part]
-Extract all files in "x64" folder included in this download into -----> \update\x64\
=========SPAWNING THE NEW ADDED CARS=========
I recommend you to use Enhanced Native Trainer or Simple Trainer, etc with "spawn car by name" function.
Select this function and input the car name to spawn it
In game car names
F16-XL single seater--------> Type this name: f16xl
P.s if the game crashes after first run, use openIV and rebuild/defragment once. that will fix the Problem, only happened once.
For Replace use repalce folder readme.
