Go to:x64 > dlcpacks > mpchristmas2017 > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > mpchristmas2017.rpf >
deluxo.yft
deluxo.ytd
deluxo hi.yft
deluxo hi.ytd
And paste it!
Done !
Now launch the game and just spawn the Deluxo in game.

@zamalone How do I mod Deluxo's flying feature for any vehicle?
@ankagame you need to mixed two yft file with 3d software, and add the right ytd file for the paint of the vehicles.
@zamalone Thank you for your answer. I've been working hard for 5 days. I modded the vehicle in the movie Taxi 2 and I want to fly it. I tried a few things but failed. If you have time, can you give some more details?
