Removed ugly(in my opinion) armor blocks

Bulletproof tires
Baller, Cognoscenti and Schafter have paintable interior
Strobe lights (without lights as optional.)

- If your emergency light doesn't work or they're in the wrong place. Use SirenSetting Limit Adjuster
- If the game crashes during the loading screen. Use Gameconfig

- Please don't ask me for help if you're using any kind of MP server. I only using SP so I don't know how to solve it.

1. copy the 'viptransporter2' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
2. open OpenIV, navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add "< Item>dlcpacks:/viptransporter2/< /Item>"
3(optional).
if you want them with rear strobe lights (or without strobe lights), replace these .yft files in "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/viptransporter2/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf"
if you want All-Blue lights. replace the .dds in the .ytd, and then replace the 'carcols.meta' in "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/viptransporter2/dlc.rpf/common/"

The Dubstavip_hi file with rear strobe lights has been corrupted. I tried downloading it twice, same error. I think it must be something with the upload.

@Cheetahhuan 1. You need the Zmodeler to edit the model. 2. Change windows COL polygons ID to 122. 3. Add FLAG_HAS_BULLETPROOF_GLASS in vehicles.meta <flags>

it crashes when i put them in the handling.meta :(
