please let me know if i can change anything to make it better
1) extract issi4 folder and issi4.oac to desktop ( they must be in same location)
2) Open OpenIV and make sure your in edit mode
3) add mpchristmas2018 to your mod folder. You can add it be coming here (update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2018/dlc.rpf) and click show in mods folder
Also add this line to your mod dlclist dlcpacks:/mpchristmas2018/
4) when your done with the above navigate to (Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2018/dlc.rpf/x64/audio/sfx/dlc_awxm2018)
5) now go to desktop and drag issi4.oac into this folder then run game
let me know what you guys think of this and what i can change if it needed.
it doesn't have a waste gate yet so you have to add the in game turbo if you want that until i custom make one for this mod
it uses the issi4 car sound but i can add the spool to gta vehicle so let me know what i should add it too!!!!

Do you like create a folder named mpchristmas2018 or what? And where do you get the dlc.rpf for mpchristams folder?

@Yunky in open iv go to the dlc packs outside your mods folder. click edit mode and it should pop up red to copy to mods folder. If you already have the dlc it will say view in mods folder.

instructions not clear
For replace;
-Extract issi4 folder and issi4.oac to desktop ( they must be in same location)
-OpenIV, ensure your're in edit mode.
-Go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2018/dlc.rpf/x64/audio/sfx/dlc_awxm2018
-On OpenIV nav bar, click New, the select Import openFormats. Navigate to desktop or where you extracted, then select issi4.oac.
-Click Ok. Then go to vehicles meta change the audionamehash of the desired vehicle to issi4.
