How do you create the sneaker models? In Zmodeler or other 3d modeling programs? I have 3dmax but I'm not sure if it works with gta 5

Yo does anyone no if somebody uploaded VWE on any other site? Idk y it "causes gta to crach" cuz I didnt for me even. But I reset my computer so I dont have it no more
