@gta5testya i installed it and it didnt work at all. the game still crashed on the loading screen like it was before, can someone reply with a method which actually works

i cannot use this because when i install it, it crashes my game on the loading screen, 3 times its happened and ive tried to find a fix but none of them work, can someone reply when they find a fix that works
