    @Wavy10 You need to block GTA5.exe and PlayGTAV.exe in Windows Firewall. Select everything (Domain, Private, Public) and choose to block the connection. I blocked them in both inbound and outbound rules just to be sure, and the mod launched fine without crashes. You can also search for a guide on how to block a program with Windows Firewall on YouTube if you haven't done this before.
