Is there a 5m version of this? Or how does one install into a 5m server that is only used by myself in story mode?

@Lapd Code 3 I am interested to see what you come up with. One issue no one has seemed to over come is the limit of 4 people on a boat. I think the only exception is the weaponized dinghy? Something to keep in mind.

@Lapd Code 3 I only moded the .ytd files. The .yft files were left alone. What I compiled should be unlocked. The textures where simply replaced using open iv via file view. The only other changes were weapons.meta and handling.meta. I am sorry i do not have the resources or knowledge to unlock any .yft files. But your welcome to use any part of this mod if it helps. You may be able you may be able to re texture, I am sure there is someone who could add lights and sirens.

@Shins3i How does one change .dll to .ndll? yes coding for dummies here lol.
