How do I reduce the police helicopter spawn rates? They're as bad as in Vanilla. They respawn way too quickly to be reasonably realistic.

So what am I comparing these numbers to? What does the 0-100 scale actually mean when compared to vanilla accuracy? Was vanilla 50? 100? At 0, the cops can barely hit me at point blank, so if I want slightly-below-default accuracy for peds, what number would that be?

Mod needs an update?

Hmm. This seems to also disable the health bar unless the phone is out. I guess the minimap and the healthbar are so ingrained with each other?
