actually you could make the all the versions have compatibility with rage as well as scripthookv and scripthook.net. that is one thing which never really worked well with this script. one thing you could do is have the script interact with lspdfr and have the cops have a callout like this for a weather alert and set up roadblocks and have emregency ems and fire roll out with them to keep from other people being killed. there is a way the people run scared. it has to do with pointing a gun at them the problem is having the tornado have the same effect. also using dow on wheels and a tiv or dominator to drop pods in the path of the tornado. there is one thing i would like to see with this a debris effect for the ground portion of the tornado. it has cloudtop but no ground which makes not much sense.
also i can give you real guidance on tornadoes. even though i am not a chaser i have studied them very thoroughly via video and books and some weather observations. one way is to get outside and actually observe the weather. that is why meteorology is so unique as a career field. ive been through severe weather myself. however i have suspected the whole low ground level wind sheer as part of the mechanism to spawn tornadoes. there is a way to get in touch with josh wurman hes a researcher on them with doppler on wheels. this is the site which may help you http://www.cswr.org/ it has much info on storms and research on them.

oh ok. well i think your on your way there just maybe if you update the version make it have more of a cone shape when using the particles and even adjust the debris on the lower part of it so there is a cloud up top and at the ground level maybe even have objects floating around it whilst inside not just being picked up and flung. i know there is limitations on this due to the game but adding the siren and also making it so there would be a radar part to it maybe even an emergency broadcast system message or statement would make it more real. i have mine set so everything just about is destroyed. and its a mean looking twister. i think having the tiv and or maybe the dominator to drop pods or such inside would be cool and maybe even have some sideways vortices as well. not sure if using the axis can be implemented. also maybe have a doppler on wheels truck which could scan it . lightning would be good and some hail effects. maybe even a microburst or the actual supercell structure to make it more realistic. I have a lot of ideas but i am not sure how much ou can do with this mod due to the limitations of the game. also maybe have some waterspouts or some dust devils and such. this way its a lot more realistic. but have them randomly spawn or something the dust devils if your in the desert i mean and its sunny. the waterspouts could pick up boats and fling them when its stormy or something. i dont know what else could be done but your most of the way there as far as general structure is concerned. you may want to ask jeff favignano about some of his storm chases. he could probably tell you how the clouds are supposed to look and maybe even the textures some as different debris makes a tornado look different. i have even thought maybe you could have some wind sheer as far as making a twister spawn from the ground up. there are many different things you could do with this mod.
